Bookings
All bookings require a 50% deposit.
Rescheduling/ Cancelling Reservations
A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to reschedule or cancel your appointment. “No shows” will be charged 100%. If you are required to reschedule your appointment, please feel free to offer your appointment time to a friend or family member.
Arrival Time
Please arrive a minimum of 10 minutes prior to your treatment. We endevour to run to scheduled time. The salon experience is especially reserved for you & will finish at the scheduled time. Arriving late may shorten your treatment.
Health Conditions

Mobile Phones
For the comfort and relaxation of all clients, please turn mobile phones to silent and refrain from taking phone calls.
